"Emily s'est très bien occupé de nos chats qui n'étaient pas trop déstabilisés à notre retour de 10 jours de vacances. Elle a aussi su gérer notre litière automatique et suivre nos instructions spécifiques, de même que nettoyer des vomis de boules de poils et autre quand ça arrive. Sérieuse dans son travail. Et aussi honnête (ce qui inspire confiance), elle était claire dès le départ que son expérience avec les chats était limitée, n'en ayant eu que dans son enfance, elle s'en est donc très bien sortie et elle entre sur notre liste de petsitter "approuvée" si nous en avons à nouveau besoin selon ses disponibilités. Nous la recommandons pour visite de chats à domicile "sains" (donner des médicaments pourrait être plus compliqué pour son expérience mais ce n'était pas notre cas) "

"Marie-Laurence proved to be a reliable, trustworthy cat-sitter taking affectionate care of our cat during a 11 day Christmas leave.
She replied instantly to all our communication from the outset. She was constructive and communicative throughout, offering solutions to issues along the way including setting up a first meeting, exchanges of keys etc. She arrived on time at the first meeting and created instant rapport both with the cat and its owners. She showed great experience with cats both in the way she approached Frici and also through the thoughtful questions she asked regarding feeding, cat health issues, feline behavior etc.
She spent significantly more time than the agreed minimum. She took pictures and videos of our cat eating and playing and it was clear that she played with our cat long enough for him to feel well taken care of, even exhausted, in a good sense.
Both our cat, Frici and we, the owners are very satisfied with the professional, yet fond cat care Mare-Laurence showcased and will be happy to book her again if needed in the future."

"Vanessa is a great pet sitter. She is patient, loving and kind to animals. We have three cats and sometimes they fight, but she just knew how to handle the situation. She has great experience with animals, and it shows that she loves all of them. We received photos and news every day and even some advices that we really appreciated on how to get them more water or how to calm them down when they fight. "Mona looked after our two cats for a week coming twice a day to feed and play with them.
Excellent communication, regular updates with photos, the house was kept clean, and Mona even purchased extra items that were needed.
The cats were very happy with her as was shown when Mona came to visit when we had returned and the cats ran to her purring :)
Definitely recommended and we will be asking Mona to look after our cats again."

"Lucile a été absolument parfaite avec notre chat Cacahouète !
Nous avons une petite chatte très peureuse qui met du temps à faire confiance mais qui a besoin de beaucoup d’attention. Lucile a su très rapidement gagner sa confiance et nous rassurer en nous envoyant pleins de photos et vidéos durant notre absence. Cacahouète était totalement détendue à notre retour et semble avoir passé de très bonnes vacances aussi 😋
