Dogs and cats have always been part of my childhood and best companies for going on adventure exploring parks, forests or playing together. My grandfather always had dogs at home with whom I shared my summers in countryside while at home I had a lovely cat whom I found in snow during the cold winter day. Having animals during my childhood and teenager period I developed my ‘animal language skills’ to connect and build trust relationships. 

It has been more than 7 years since I live in Belgium and during this period animals have crossed my path on numerous occasions, e.g on the way to metro when unfamiliar dog insisted to owner to cross the street to say hello to me or cat who desired to have some cuddles. Around 3 years ago developed friendly relationships with my neighbours’ dog who had separation anxiety issues. I was trusted to go on regular walks with their dog to help to lower separation anxiety level and have play time. There was immediate result with less barking on terrace in evenings, and I had great companionship to explore Brussels parcs and green area around Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Kraainem area. In addition, I also did home visits for cats of my friends who time to time went on holidays in Kraainem and I did it on voluntary bases. But as it happens in Brussels, people reallocate thus I decided to look for new doggy companionship to go for walks. I miss the contact with pets therefore Pawnshake seems to be a great way to connect
with owners who might need help should it be occasional travel needs or too long hours at office. 

As I am renting, I am not allowed to have animals in apartment, but I will be happy to stay with pets in your place also overnight since part of week I spend teleworking and I have flexibility to organize my day.  

For "home visit": I can stay min. 30 to 40 min a time with your pet for food, fresh water and play.
Meanwhile I can bring the mail and water the plants.  

I am reliable, compassioned and caring therefore I would prefer to meet your pets prior to confirming any
bookings to learn about pet needs, habits and if any health issues.
Availability: early mornings, lunch time, after 5pm and weekends.
