Hi :)

My name is Greta, I am 25 years old. I live in Belgium for almost 3 years and I originally come from Lithuania. I graduated from KU Leuven in 2021 and have been working as a tax technology consultant since.

I lived with a cat my whole life. When I was 2 years old, my dad brought a tiny ginger stray kitten who lived with us for 18,5 years. He was an equal part of our family that I loved more than life. That is exactly how I consider pets - they are not only your best friends but family. 

After I moved out from my parents, I always felt a need to have my own cat. I personally think that a home without a cat (or a different pet) is not cozy and lacks something. Therefore, since January 2022, I have a new best friend/family member named Šmikis. 

While researching cat-sitting possibilities for my own cat, I came across Pawshake. This gave me an idea to apply myself because who can be the best pet sitters if not pet owners themselves? Even though I have never had a different pet than a cat, I really love other small pets as well and will take good care of them!

I offer one-time or two-times visits per day for your pet. Driving to your home a bit out of Gent is not an issue! I promise to take the best care of your pet as I would care for my own. Your pet will be happy <3
