I will treat your dog the way I would want someone to take care of mine. I have grown-up with dogs, starting from begging my parents for one when I was 6-7 (they gave in:). I have a really soft spot for them, coming from a country where there are, unfortunately, many homeless and abused dogs and cats, still to this day. Throughout the years, together with others, we have rescued several dogs from the streets, fostering them until we were able to find them a home. Later on, my family moved to the US, where we adopted our second dog Mira. There I also volunteered in shelters, mainly taking dogs on walks, so I am used to all types, sizes and energy levels. And now there is Blago, who is adopted from my homecountry (he was part of a street gang there:)). He had many issues we had to work on together with him and overcome, but he is the sweetest baby - he literally gives hugs. He gets along with other dogs perfectly. From all of this experience with my own dogs, I really understand and know how to approach all types of dogs, with different needs, behaviours, personalities, stress issues, etc. I am very patient with them and apply small tactics that work on making them feel more comfortable, to build trust, etc. The services I offer are: dog boarding: including 3-4 walks a day - 2-3 shorter ones (20 minutes) and 1 long one (45 minutes) dog daycare: including 2-3 walks - 1-2 shorter ones (20 minutes) and 1 long one (45 minutes) walks/visits: as long as needed When at my place, your dog will have Blago as a companion and to play together with if they want :) There is a huge park right next to us where we usually go, with a fenced-in dog area to run around in. Dogs are welcome on our couch and can also go out on the terrace and keep up with neighborhood gossip. Terrace is fully secured, but if the owner prefers that their dog doesn't go out there, this wish will of course be respected. I will follow all instructions from the owner (administer medication, how many snacks I can give them, any special needs, etc), brush dog's fur coat (unless unwanted), play with them.....and lots of hugs, if they permit me. The days I will be available to do dog boarding or dog daycare will be days I work from home, therefore pets will not be left alone.
