She had to deal with a complicated situation during my vacation as both my old cats need a lot of care. She managed to handle this as well, if not better, than I would have done it myself. Communication is super easy, i received pictures and videos every day, of the cats being entertained... He also watered the plants, took the trash out and vacuumed before i came back!!
