Hello dog - catowners! I am Elise, 24 years old, student animal care and of course big fan of all kinds of animals. The reason that I have registered on Pawshake is the following: I study animal care at the Hogeschool Odisee, but at a distance. This means that I am living in Brussels. I love living in student rooms, but I have one big problem... I miss my pets so much. To solve this, I thought it would be a nice idea to work as a dog-catsitter or dog-walker.

At home I am the proud owner of a dog, a cat and a chicken. They are my greatest treasures and I would do anything for them ! Taking care of them, cuddling them, etc. is my favorite activity. This is also the reason why I started studying animal care. Before this I studied law, but I felt that this was not fully my thing and I was not sure if I wanted to do this all my life. All these doubts led me to animal care. I knew that if I could work with animals all my life, I would be the happiest person in the world. I have not regretted it for a moment!

 Animals have been my passion since childhood, so I followed my dream :)

Animals always steal my heart, so you can be sure that your little darlings are in good hands with me. I handle them carefully and responsibly and make sure they have a good time. I pay attention to their body language and any strange behaviors, so that I can fully adapt my care to them or inform the owner of any problems. When I am given the responsibility of a pet, I treat them as my own.

In addition, I think the owner's requirements are also very important. Ultimately, they know their pet best and so it is important that they keep me informed of any necessary or possible additional concerns. I also think it is very important that owners have peace of mind when they leave their pets in my care, So I like to update them with pictures and information.

I think that with the combination of my big heart for animals and my knowledge and experience I am the ideal sitter :)

Hallo baasjes ! Ik ben Elise, 24 jaar oud, studente dierenzorg en natuurlijk grote fan van alle soorten dieren. De reden dat ik me ingeschreven heb op Pawshake is de volgende; Ik studeer dierenzorg op de hogeschool Odisee, maar op afstand. Dit betekent dat ik op kot zit in Brussel. Ik hou ervan om op kot te zitten, maar ik heb 1 groot probleem... Ik mis zo erg mijn huisdieren ! Om dit op te lossen, leek het mij wel een leuk idee om als dog-catsitter of dogwalker aan het werk te gaan.

Thuis ben ik de trotse eigenaar van een hond, een kat en een kip. Zij zijn mijn grootse schatten waar ik alles voor over heb ! Hen verzorgen, knuffelen, etc. is mijn lievelingsactiviteit. Dit is ook de reden dat ik dierenzorg ben gaan studeren. Hiervoor studeerde ik rechten, ik voelde echter dat dit niet volledig mijn ding was en wist niet zeker of ik hier wel heel mijn leven mee wou bezig zijn. Door al deze twijfels ben ik bij dierenzorg terecht gekomen. Ik wist dat als ik heel mijn leven met dieren mocht werken, ik de gelukkigste mens ter wereld zou zijn. Ik heb er nog geen moment spijt van !

 Al van kleins af aan zijn dieren mijn allergrootse passie, Ik heb dus een beetje mijn droom gevolgd :)

Dieren stelen altijd onmiddelijk mijn hart, u mag er dus zeker van zijn dat uw oogappels bij mij in goede handen zijn. Ik ga voorzichtig en verantwoordelijk met hen om en zorg ervoor dat ze een leuke tijd achter de rug hebben. Ik let op hun lichaamstaal en eventuele vreemde gedragingen, opdat ik mijn zorg volledig aan hen kan aanpassen of het baasje op de hoogte kan brengen van eventuele problemen. Als ik de verantwoordelijkheid krijg over een huisdier, behandel ik hen als mijn eigen diertje.

Daarnaast vind ik de eisen van het baasje ook heel belangrijk. Uiteindelijk kennen zij hun huisdier het best en is het dus belanrijk dat ze mij op de hoogte houden van de nodige of eventuele extra zorgen. Ik vind het ook erg belangrijk dat baasjes met een gerust hart hun diertjes even uit handen kunnen geven. Hen updaten met foto's en info doe ik dus ook met plezier !

Ik denk dat ik door de combinatie van mijn groot hart voor dieren en mijn kennis en ervaring de ideale oppasser ben :)

Salut les amis de chiens et chats! Je suis Elise, 24 ans, étudiante en soins animaliers et bien sûr grande fan de toutes sortes d'animaux. La raison pour laquelle je me suis inscrite sur Pawshake est la suivante : j'étudie les soins aux animaux à l'haute école d'Odisee, mais à distance. Cela signifie que je vis à Bruxelles. J'aime vivre dans les chambres d'étudiant, mais mes animaux domestiques me manquent tellement ! Pour résoudre ce problème, j'ai pensé que ce serait une bonne idée de travailler comme gardien de chiens et de chats ou comme promeneur de chiens.

À la maison, je suis l'heureuse propriétaire d'un chien, d'un chat et d'une poule. Ils sont mes plus grands trésors et je ferais tout pour eux ! Prendre soin d'eux, les câliner, etc. sont mes activités préférées. C'est aussi la raison pour laquelle j'ai commencé à étudier les soins aux animaux. Avant cela, j'ai étudié le droit, mais je sentais que ce n'était pas ma tasse de thé et je n'étais pas sûre de vouloir faire ça toute ma vie. Tout ces doutes m'ont conduit vers les soins aux animaux. Je savais que si je pouvais travailler avec des animaux toute ma vie, je serais la personne la plus heureuse du monde. Je ne l'ai pas regretté un seul instant !

Les animaux sont ma passion depuis l'enfance, alors j'ai un peu suivi mon rêve :)

Les animaux ont toujours volé mon cœur, donc vous pouvez être sûr que vos petits chéris sont en bonnes mains avec moi. Je m'en occupe avec soin et de manière responsable et j'assure qu'ils passent un bon moment. Je suis attentive à leur language corporel et à tout comportement étrange, afin de pouvoir adapter mes soins ou informer le propriétaire de tout problème. Lorsque je prends la responsabilité d'un animal de compagnie, je le traite comme si c'était le mien.

Je considère également que les exigences du propriétaire sont très importantes. Après tout, ce sont eux qui connaissent le mieux leur animal, et il est donc important qu'ils me tiennent informé de tout soin nécessaire ou supplémentaire. Je pense également qu'il est très important que les propriétaires puissent me confier leurs animaux en toute tranquillité d'esprit. C'est donc avec grand plaisir que je les mets à jour avec des photos et des informations !

Je pense qu'en combinant mon grand cœur pour les animaux et mes connaissances et mon expérience, je suis la nounou idéale :)
